-       All items are shipped in manufacturer supplied packing. Customers can request extra packing to be used for their purchase (please coordinate through eBay message) for a small fee.
-      We use couriers as per availability of collection to expedite delivery – Royal Mail, DHL, Parcel force, UK mail etc.
-      All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Standard Postage within UK usually takes 2 to 3 working days.
-      All orders will be dispatched to confirmed addresses on PayPal.
  -      Fast next day delivery option is also available upon request for an extra charge please get in touch by emailing our Customer Services via eBay message.
-      Shipping and handling charges include all packing, warehouse, and logistics cost.
-      Same day dispatch for all purchases where payments are received before 1 pm Monday to Friday. All confirmed orders after 1pm will be dispatched next working day.
-      Order placed on Saturday, Sunday and after 1pm on Fridays will be dispatch on Monday. No item will be posted until Payment has been confirmed.

Currently, we only accept Paypal Payment. 

If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging and with all tags attached within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. Refund of purchase price will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.  If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement.    Questions are welcome...
