Flatback, decorated only to the front.

Open bottomed.

Condition

CONDITION: Good.

Minor Abrasions to the reverse.

KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the reverse.

RESTORATION. Filled chips to the top.

Filled chip to front right corner of base.

To initiate a return, simply notify us by email within 14 days of receiving the merchandise if you are not 100% satisfied. Once we have received your notification, we will email you back with further instructions. Returned item must be received by us in the condition it was sent.
If the reason for return is something we did wrong, including damage in transit, you will receive a full refund. We will also cover the return shipping back to us, using our own chosen carrier. Please keep original packaging for the return shipment.
If the reason for return is not something we did wrong, we ask that you arrange and pay for the shipping to us. In some cases, your refund may have our initial shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.
If you are in the USA or Canada, to save international shipping costs, returns are to our location in Georgia, USA. A very rough estimate of how much shipping will cost you, for a USA/Canada return, would be around $60 to $100.
If you are in the UK or elsewhere, returns are to our office in Essex, UK. A rough estimate of how much shipping will cost you, for a UK to UK return would be around £20. For other locations, please feel free to ask us for a return shipping cost estimate.
We recommend that you keep the original packing materials we have used, until you are sure you will not be returning the piece to us.
