Machine wash cold gentle cycle, warm/low heat to dry. BUT FOR BEST RESULTS: Iron the mats while wet directly from the washer (do not allow air drying), this will dry the mats and will help prevent shrinking & flatten mats. There will be steam from the wetness, so use caution. If machine dried or air dried, the mats may shrink.
