IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Some internet retailers are selling a slightly cheaper imported aluminium version of this heater. The internal water tubes in these alloy heaters are very narrow and easily prone to blockage, the overall build quality and materials used are not a high standard and they can fail due to the aluminium being 'eaten' by electrolysis. The copper and brass units have wider tubes which do not block up and we have not had any failures due to electrolysis. We try very hard to keep the prices of our superior top quality copper and brass heaters as low as possible because you will need to consider the quality of the heater you use. Changing the heater matrix is a labour intensive and potentially expensive job so if you choose to opt for one of the cheaper imported heater please make a note of our eBay shop in case you need buy a better one sooner than expected
A Top Quality heater made in the UK to fit the BMW Mini models above. This very popular copper and brass aftermarket heater matrix is a direct replacement for the original. It is also considered to be more robust than the original aluminium version and the poor quality imports that are flooding the market. If you look into our feedback you will also see that buyers have commented that they think they are better than the original.
The original pipes are fitted onto the unit using clamps and seals which are supplied

Our heaters are sold in the UK and
designed for UK specification Right Hand Drive vehicles.
In many cases they will do right
hand drive non UK spec' and also some left hand drive vehicles, however it is up to the
customer to confirm this. We recommend that you remove your own
heater and compare it to our picture and dimensions before purchase. As you
will see from the postage it can be expensive to return a heater if you
incorrectly identify it.
International customers will be sent a
message asking them to confirm that they take responsibility for identification
before the heater is posted.
Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days
from dispatch.
UK Delivery Options
Our Carrier will deliver items the next working day to most UKmainland destinations if the item is paid for before 3pm Monday – Thursday or 1pm Friday. There are however some restrictions for destinations off shore and the Scottish highlands. Please see the list below for destinations other than mainland England, Wales and Scottish Borders. If you are one of the areas below and agree to the carriage costs please commit to buy and then allow us time to send you an invoice with the amended delivery cost

If you are unsure or you are in one of the areas not covered by our standard carrier please contact us to get a delivery quote.
Saturdays and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days but items can be sent out for Saturday delivery for an extra £20.
Our carriers would like you to supply us with a contact number just in case of difficulties finding your address. If there is no answer when the carrier calls you will be left a card explaining who to contact in order to arrange another delivery attempt.
If your item does not arrive as stated please you can use the consignment number and carrier name to track the item, if this does not help please contact us so that we can then find out what has happened. Please note that we are not aware of non delivery until you inform us.
Royal Mail Special delivery
This heater is less than 2kg when packed which allows us to use Royal Mail Special Delivery to send it to the areas not covered by our carriers normal service us. This service costs £12 and is guaranteed to arrive the next working day after dispatch (the parcel has to be signed for so the postman will leave a card if you are not in).
As this is not our standard delivery option we only dispatch once a day to the post office at 12.30pm. Any orders taken after this time will have the dispatch delayed until the next working day, please bear this delay in mind when ordering.
Return and Warranty information
We have a full refund policy and all of our items have a manufacturer’s warranty. We understand that an item may no longer be required for various reasons and we try to be fair with our returns policy. We are also honest about the length our manufacturer’s warranty in the unlikely event of there being a manufacturing defect in one of the products we supply. Collections
All of our items listed are on the premises and we are happy for you to collect during working hours.(8am to 3pm Monday – Thursday & 8am to 1pm Friday) Please contact us first to make arrangements.
Payments
Paypal is the preferred method of payment but we will accept card payments over the telephone. If you Commit to buy the item and then call us during working hours (8am to 3pm Monday – Thursday & 8am to 1pm Friday) we will dispatch that day
