The Car is in Factory New Condition, Unused, but has been displayed for a short time so dust may be seen. Box is Complete and Excellent as well. There is Nothing Missing or Broken. This Car came out in 2011 for the Lionel Premium O Scale Separate Sales Freight Car line.
