The fabric has stretch as the pants are made of 61% viscose, 34% nylon, 5% elastan.

*Please note the zipper at the back was pulled slightly too far down & seems to be Stuck. The pants cannot be zipped up. This is an easy quick fix! I did not try to pulling it up as I do not want to damage further. However if you have good grip and good hands you may be able to fix yourself. Otherwise can be brought to a professional for a quick fix. Please see last few pictures reflecting the zipper.
