We endeavour to ensure that our Minifigure’s include the original matching torso, legs, head, hands/gloves and hat/hair/beard, however this cannot be guaranteed. We omit Minifigues™ which show strong signs of play, such as print removed, teeth marks, cracks etc. however, some figures have been played with, and therefore show reasonable signs of use. These Minifigures™ are shipped with accessories. Accessories may include helmets, printed tiles, weapons, beards, hoods, tools, backpacks and many more. All Minifigures™ will be shipped with genuine LEGO® head, torso with arms/hands and complete legs. All will include hair/head unless this is not how they were originally sold. PAYMENT OPTIONS Payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal.
NEW Definition of NEW: New indicates that the parts or Minifigures are new, and have not been used before. Keep in mind that these parts have traveled quite a distance to get here and may have some minor scratching from rubbing against other parts. Defective parts or parts with major imperfections are removed and are not sold.
USED Definition of USED: All of our used parts and Minifigures are good to excellent condition. Many of our used items are in brand new condition, but simply removed from the original packaging. We remove from our inventory any items with strong evidence of play wear, scratches, bite marks, cracks or dirt. Some used items may show small signs of wear, discolouring or imperfect prints. Check the detailed item description for more details.
POST We aim to post within 48 hours of payment being received. (Excluding weekends and public holidays). Our items are set up to automatically reduce postage for multiple items
POSTAGE TIME Postage times vary greatly depending on where you are ordering from. Domestic is usually from 3 to 7 working days. International is usually from 10 to 20 working days (custom delays may occur.)
LOST OF DAMAGED ITEMS Tracking and insurance are available on most postage options. We do not automatically include these options on buyers but please be aware that we will not be held responsible for orders without tracking and/or insurance once the items are posted. We recommend you take our insurance on your order to cover for loss or damage. Please ask us for a quote before purchasing. If your order turns up damaged you will be required to take the contents and packaging to your local Post Office for a possible compensation claim. If you believe your order has been lost please contact us so that we can lodge a lost item claim through the Post Office. (Please note Australia Post will not do anything until the package has been missing for 3 months.) We do receive a proof of lodgement on all International orders and purchases with a total of $50 or more. (tracked/insured or not.)
