JV Set

The EMG JV Set is a mixture of old and new, utilizing traditional exposed pole pieces and EMG's active circuitry. Developed to deliver the classic tone and look of a vintage Jazz Bass without the noise often associated with vintage passive pickups. This pickup maintains the "faded" attack of the offset pole pieces that many players prefer in combination with our lowest noise preamp. The JV Set will appeal to the player looking for a "retro" vibe with the active tone and response of an EMG.
