CO2 laser tube is mainly used for laser engraving machine, laser marking machine,laser engraving machine, laser cutting machine, is the core component light, and can be carved and cut acrylic, cloth, leather, bamboo, wood, engraving, etc.

3.Hard glass part; the part formed by firing into the discharge tube GG17 material, water-cooled jacket, storage units and back to the trachea and components.

4.This is mainly made of hard glass, the cavity, the electrode composed of three parts.

5.Sealed-off CO2 laser is typically three pipe structure. Innermost discharge tube, the middle is the net water jacket, the outermost layer is the gas storage units, return pipe is used for communicating and gas discharge tubes.

Engraving and Cutting Samples

1.Please check whether the water circulation cycle is normal and no bubbles before each usage.

2.Water temperature should be controlled at 25℃-30℃,change water every 2 weeks in Summer (Water temperature should not exceed 30 degrees in summer, can put ice in the water to cool down); Change water every 1 month in Winter (be careful not to let the water freeze in winter); When the machine power is high, need to keep the water clean.

3.Please be careful to avoid dust accumulation near the high voltage electrode, keep it dry, and keep the high voltage end away from the metal as much as possible to avoid damage to the main board caused by high voltage discharge.

4.The laser tube is a glass product which is fragile. Avoid local stress when installing and using.
