This is a vintage pre-owned 1996 Looney Tunes Magic Effects Picture with Bugs Bunny, Taz, etc and also has a Florida palm tree on the lower right-hand corner, so it was probably a tourist item from Florida. The picture measures 9.5" long x 8" high. It has some very slight scratches as shown in the pictures, but is a fantastic picture overall. Please see all pictures for all detail on condition.
