This is a "Gift Set", Includes Parker Vector R/B, Notepad, and 2 Wine Charms.

The Pen Will Probably Need a New Refill. It is In It's Original Packaging as it Shipped From Parker.

This Looks to Date Back to 2002.

I have Been Collecting and Selling Pens For Many Years and This is the First of These I have Found.
