The Low-Loss Header (Hydraulic Balancer) is engineered to separate the boiler circulation from the heating system, ensuring stable and efficient operation in medium- to high-power installations ranging from 25 kW to 420 kW.
It is suitable for single or multiple boilers and supports various heating circuits such as radiators, underfloor heating, and domestic hot water (DHW).
Ensures independent operation of boiler and heating circuits—eliminating the need for manual pump balancing.
Built-in desilter and air vent improve system cleanliness, remove trapped air, and increase overall efficiency and reliability.
Maintains appropriate return water temperature to prevent low-temperature corrosion, extending boiler lifespan.
Demand = Boiler Output: System functions in full equilibrium.
Demand < Boiler Output: Excess heat returns through the LLH, signalling the boiler to reduce output or shut down.
Demand > Boiler Output: Increased pump suction prompts the boiler to raise its heat output.
