The fit is high waisted and body hugging on the hips with a covered elastic waistband and fully lined panel that hugs around the hips. Two gathered panels of fabric are draped delicately from there and overlap at the top so as to not expose too much. This soft and flowy maxi skirt is super flirty and dramatic with thigh high side slits that open slightly with a peek-a-boo affect when you walk. Tie dyed in a shades of black and dark green.  BRAND NEW WITHOUT TAGS.
