1.PLEASE make sure you are ordering the correct part BEFORE hitting the "BUY IT NOW" button. I am happy to cross reference this part with your model number-if you are not 100% sure you are ordering the correct part-please send an email. Some parts may look the same but either may not fit, partially work or not work at all AND/OR causing other problems to occur. Also, please view ALL pictures as they represent exactly what you will be receiving. I typically will answer an email (or respond) within 30 minutes. 

2. I typically will pack and ship a purchased item within 30 minutes after it sells. Once I print the label, I cannot cancel the order.  You will need to receive the item and then do a return. BUYER will pay the return shipping.
