Payments accepted: We accept Paypal online.

Shipping: Shipping is within the US 50 States. We do not ship internationally unless using the Ebay Global Shipping program. All packages shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Breakage. If an item is received broken, we will request you send digital photos of the damage and a phone number to discuss how we will handle the claim or the refund.

Warranty: Items are guaranteed as described. Assume normal, minor use marks and wear unless we describe the items as "MINT" or "New". If you are unhappy with the item/s, we must be contacted within three days of receipt of the package; item/s may be returned only after our approval.

ABOUT US:  We are family owned and operated. We are a Liquidation company and often sell items for clients for a commission. We are a brick and mortar warehouse in Massachusetts. We run our eBay store Tuesday thru Saturday 8a-5p therefore any messages or shipping is not typically done on Sunday/Monday. Questions after 4pm Saturday will be answered first thing Tuesday morning.
