Returns Policy: This remote control is intended for use only with Media Boxes manufactured by Zoomtak. In order to return within 14 days under the distance selling act regulations for a full refund it must be in its original unopened and unused condition. We will not accept you using our products to fault find your product any remote control handsets returned with security seals broken will not be refunded without exception. Please also note that you will be responsible for the return postage costs and we recommend you securely parcel up the item and send it using Royal Mail insured Recorded Delivery to ensure the goods arrive back to us safely goods returned damaged will not be refunded. Please keep any proof of postage until we have confirmed receipt and refunded your money.
