* This low profile base plate is a simple and light base plate for the current popular cameras, such as Sony FS7, Sony A7 series, Canon C100/C300/C500 etc.

* It attaches to a camera with a 3/8"-16 or 1/4"-20 screw. The base plate features 15mm diameter and 60mm spaced rod holes that allows you to mount a follow focus, matte box, lens support or other accessories.

* It is specifically designed to keep the weight down and let the operator use the FS7's inbuilt shoulder pad, minimizing the amount of extra weight and gear needed for a rig. With 1/4''-20 & 3/8''-16 threads on bottom, this base plate can be attached to any tripod.

* Meterial: aluminium alloy, rubber

* It is combined by a Tripod mounting plate with 15mm rail block. Used for long length, front heavy, camera packages.

* Attach it to the tripod plate with a 3/8''-16 screw and 1/4''-20 screw, then you can mount your dovetail base plate on it. It clamps onto 15mm rails for accessories attachment, such as follow focus, matte box, etc.

* The 40mm groove makes it possible to balance a front heavy camera on your tripod properly.
