Made of 4 mil. polyethylene, these pennants consist of 3/4 inch x 12 inch strips sewn side by side.

The Wav-Kut design of these strips, which have been cut in curves, creates greater animation and attraction when the wind blows.

Pennants are sewn on 60ft. of nylon rope and contain 36 sections that are 18 inches long.

These sections alternate every 18 inches.
