RETURNS:  At The Outdoor Gear Loft, we would like all our customers happy.  If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  All returns must be mailed within 30 days of shipment. Merchandise needs to be in original condition and show no signs of wear or abuse, with original tags attached if applicable.  Upon, inspection we will refund the total amount minus all shipping charges (unless we had made an error).
