The Jigtech concept reduces fitting time and improves efficiency and accuracy by changing the way fitters install door furniture and latches. The system is based around a unique jig, which clamps to the door, auto aligning the drill holes on both the door face and the edge. Hole saws are used to accurately bore the door, in preparation for the installation of the specially designed latches and door furniture. The Jigtech Pro Installation Kit is a premium quality product. 


Supplied in a robust carry case, containing the full range including: the jig, holesaws and arbors, spade bit and unique latch tappers and keep locators.

Locks & Latches

Normally a 2.5 inch / 64mm latch or lock or a 3 inch / 76mm latch or lock will be fine.

The length of the latch or lock determines the backset which is the distance from the edge of the door to the centre of the backplate on the door handle where the spindle passes through the door.

The backset on a 64mm latch or lock is approx 45mm and on a 76mm latch or lock is approx 57mm.

We offer 30 day no quibble returns. Goods ordered in error, surplus to requirements or unsuitable may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Goods will be refunded on the condition that they have not been used, fitted and are undamaged in the original packaging with fixings.
