There is "Sample, Not For Sale" inside the boot due to the Customs and cannot be seen from outside when wearing.  

Due to characteristics of full grain leather, the boots will have some inconsistent finish like scuff marks or scratches. These add to the beauty of the boot and is completely normal.

SHIPPING:

Most orders will be shipped the next business day of cleared payment.  

However, due to holidays and unforeseen events, all orders will be shipped within 3 business days. 

TAX:  We collect sales tax only from CA, USA residents.  We do not collect any sales tax for shipping.

RETURNS:  At The Outdoor Gear Loft, we would like all our customers satisfied with their purchase.  

If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.  

All returns must be mailed within 30 days of shipment. 

Merchandise needs to be in original condition and show no signs of wear or abuse, with original tags attached.  

Upon inspection we will refund the total amount, minus all shipping charges (unless we had made an error).
