FLAT RATE SHIPPING IS VALID ONLY INSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S. 48 STATES.

Damage Policy  

It doesn't happen often, but sometimes glass does arrive broken. We will replace any broken glass, but please inspect your shipment when it arrives.
  • If something is damaged please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Truckline shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery. If you sign the delivery receipt before inspecting for damage the insurance will be void. If there is damage, please have the carrier note it on the delivery receipt before signing for it. If you cannot inspect the truckline shipment please note that on the receipt also.

Returns Policy  

ALL PRODUCTS ARE RETURNABLE IN GOOD CONDITION. IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT BECAUSE YOU DO NOT NEED IT, HAVE CHANGED YOUR MIND, OR ORDERED IN ERROR, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING AS WELL AS THE INITIAL SHIPPING (EVEN ON ITEMS WITH FREE SHIPPING). IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE RETURNING A PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS DEFECTIVE OR NOT AS DESCRIBED YOU WOULD NOT BE SUBJECT TO ANY CHARGES. IF YOU DO HAVE AN ISSUE WITH ANY PRODUCT WE DO ALWAYS PREFER TO TRY AND EXCHANGE IT FOR THE CORRECT ITEM. OTHERWISE, WE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE IF YOU PREFER.
