Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all of our orders the same day if purchased before 2.30pm. (Stocked items only).
All orders placed after that time will then be dispatched the next working day.
Weekend orders will be dispatched on the following Monday (Tuesday Bank Holidays).

UK Mainland Shipping
We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery on all orders to England, Wales & most areas of Scotland.
Smaller parcels under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 48 Second Class, this is usually a 2-3 day service.
We also offer a faster delivery service via courier on these items, this option is available at checkout.
Larger/Heavier items upto 20kg in weight and 1m in length are sent via DPD courier.
They offer a fast, reliable service with full tracking information and delivery time slots via email/text.
Larger/Heavier items over 20kg in weight and 1m in length are sent via TNT or Parcelforce.
Unfortunately they do not give an estimated time slot so items can be delivered between 8am-6pm.

Highlands & Islands
Smaller parcels under 2kg sent via Royal Mail are free delivery but may take longer to arrive than stated.
Larger/Heavier parcels sent via courier have a delivery surcharge, please contact us for a quotation before checkout.
Courier surcharge applies to:
Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man and other Offshore areas with the following postcodes:
AB31-38, AB41-56, BT, FK17-21, G83, GY, HS01-09, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW0-99, PA20-99, PH15-99, TR21-25, ZE
All courier deliveries to these locations are 2-3 working days, unfortunately next day delivery is not available.

Europe
If you are outside of the UK and use eBay's Global Shipping programme, it is best that you add all items to the basket before checkout.
This way you will get all items together and have eBay's cheapest combined shipping rate. (Max weight 30kg per parcel / upto 1m in length).
We will then send your items to the eBay Global Shipping Centre here in the UK and they will forward them to you from there.
We also offer an express DPD 3-4 day delivery service to European Countries: (Please contact us for a quotation)

Rest of the World
If you are buying from outside of Europe, you agree to buy through eBay's GSP Global Shipping Programme.
eBay is responsible for the international shipping. If you have any problems with your GSP order please contact eBay directly.

Collection
If you are interested in any of our products and wish to collect them, please contact us first so we can check stock availability.
For payment protection, we only accept payment over the counter. We do not accept payments before collection.

Cancellations
If you have purchased something and wish to cancel, please contact us immediately before the order is packed and dispatched. Once an order has been packed and dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Returns
We accept returns of unwanted/incorrectly purchased goods providing they are returned to us in new/unused condition within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for the return of the item and we suggest a recorded delivery method for proof of return. No returns are accepted after 30 days. Return postage costs are at the buyers expense, we will then refund excluding our original shipping costs when the item is returned to us. Any items that are returned damaged, missing items or not in resellable condition will not be refunded, photographic evidence will be given.

Damage
If in the unfortunate event that an item is damaged upon arrival or is not what was purchased, please send an image and notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will then be able to offer the best solution, an exchange will be arranged or new replacement will be sent to you. (Excludes eBay Global Shipping Programme).

Warranty
Many parts supplied are covered by a 12 or 24 Month Manufacturers Warranty, (Warranty length is stated in the description above). If you believe that an item is faulty or falls under warranty coverage, please contact us and we will advise what to do next. Please note that warranty only covers the part. Labour fees or any other costs or consequential losses are NOT covered.

We accept PayPal payment on our listings as a safe/secure method for you to pay for your items.

Paypal also allows Debit/Credit Card payments at the checkout. You do not need to have an account.

If you are buying more than 1 item, please add all the items to the basket first before checkout.
This way we will combine everything purchased at our end and ship your items together.
