• Starting his coaching career in college, Tony Dungy found his niche in the NFL. Beginning with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Dungy later established a perennial powerhouse with the Indianapolis Colts. Dungy made history in 2007 when he became the first African American head football coach to win an NFL Super Bowl in Super Bowl XLI.
