This listing is for a Remanufactured Chrysler A500, 42RE, 44RE Electronic Valve Body, model years 1994-1999, with an Early Sensor and Large Pump Inlet.

There are 4 versions of this valve body: Early Sensor with a Small Pump Inlet, Early Sensor with a Large Pump Inlet, Late Sensor with a Small Pump Inlet and Late Sensor with a Large Pump Inlet. This Valve Body does not include the Rooster Comb, so please re-use the original. Please see the photos and illustrations below in our Technical Information section for useful identification information and useful tips.

This valve body is better than OEM, it features many upgrades to increase reliability over the standard OEM valve body.

Theses upgrades include: Upgraded Manual Valve, Upgraded Switch Valve, Upgraded Pressure Regulator Valve,
New Governor Solenoid, and all other Solenoids are tested, rebuilt or replaced with new.

CAUTION: We have been members of the eBay community since 2000 and have been selling remanufactured valve bodies here since 2014 and would like to take a moment to caution our potential customers. In recent months there has been an influx of sellers on here and other e-commerce sites that are selling USED valve bodies as "Remanufactured" with "Lifetime Warranties" and "Updated." To the educated buyer these claims are obviously fraudulent as the prices are too low for them to be remanufactured, let alone updated with Sonnax parts kits. We are an authorized Sonnax distributor and can assure you that you cannot purchase a remanufactured valve body for $100.00-200.00, with Sonnax kits installed. Costs are just too high to make that realistic. Granted a used part may last you 100,000 miles depending on it's previous use, or it may last you a month, you just don't know. If you are willing to spend $200.00, why not $230.00 or $330.00 for a part that is guaranteed to work? You do not have to buy from us, but please be careful and do your homework before you make a purchase you might regret. Thank you.

The 42RE, 44RE uses an Electronic Governor, 3-Prong Governor Pressure Sensor/Harness with a Round Shape(2)(used from 1994-Early 1995) was updated to a 4-Prong Governor Pressure Sensor/Harness with a Square-Shaped Connector(1994-1999). From 2000-UP the Sensor/Harness was changed to a 4-Prong Rectangular-Shaped Connector. You can see the Large Pump Inlet in the photo above(1).
Warranty Information                                                  

World Wide Specialty Parts warrants to the owner that it will repair or replace, at World Wide Specialty Parts option, each valve body remanufactured, when that valve body(s) is found to be defective in material or in factory workmanship, under normal use and service. The Warranty period shall extend for twelve (12) months from the date of sale. Defective or malfunctioning valve body(s) must be returned to World Wide Specialty Parts. All returns must be approved by World Wide Specialty Parts and clearly display the assigned return authorization number (R.A.) on the packaging. Returns must be accompanied with the purchaser’s copy of the original invoice to validate the date of purchase.

The Warranty does not cover:
• Removal and replacement - Labor Costs
• Loss of time, inconvenience or other consequential damage
• Any World Wide Specialty Parts valve bodies that have been:
     -Subject to misuse, negligence, alteration or accident
     -Improperly installed in the judgment of World Wide Specialty Parts, so as to adversely effect its performance and reliability. This warranty is the only warranty applicable to valve body(s) remanufactured by World Wide Specialty Parts, and is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. World Wide Specialty Parts does not authorize any person to create for it any other obligation or liability in connection with these valve body(s). World Wide Specialty Parts shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage resulting from breach of Warranty.

Core Charge Instructions(IF APPLICABLE)                                                                

When you receive your new valve body from us, there will be a prepaid shipping label included so you can return the old valve body to us free of charge. When you purchase a valve body from us, you will be provided with an order#.

This is VERY IMPORTANT: When you return the core to us YOU MUST include this order# in the returned core box so we know who it is from. Otherwise you WILL NOT be refunded the Core Charge, because we will have no way of knowing who the returned core is from.

ALSO you must email us the tracking# when you ship the Core to us, this is for your protection and ours in case the Shipping Company loses the package. If you have any questions, please ask before purchasing.

PLEASE NOTE: You have 30 days to ship your old valve body back to us. If you do not ship the core within 30 days you WILL LOSE YOUR REFUNDABLE CORE CHARGE. Exceptions are possible, BUT YOU MUST contact us within 30 days to make us aware of the situation.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Due to the complications of shipping across international borders, we are unable to pay for the return shipping on the core. If you want the core charge refunded you will have to pay to ship your old valve body back to us. Any import duty/taxes will be taken out of the core. We apologize for the inconvenience.
