The A+2000 is 1/4" undercut on face dimensions, depth undercut is described below, as is standard for filter sizing. These sizes are not returnable or resizable.

Filters are nominal sized unless noted as "exact" in the drop down menu, nominal means they are built with a 1/4" undercut on the length and width, which is standard for filter sizing. This does not apply to the thickness, 1", 3", and 4" filters are 1/8" undercut on the thickness, 2" filters are 1/4" undercut on the thickness, 5" filters are 3/8" undercut on the thickness, 3/4" filters are 3/4" thick. There is no undercut on the thickness on the special 4-3/8", 4-1/4", or 4-1/2" thick filters, they are exact thickness, a gasket may be used to achieve the exact thicknesses of the 4-x/x" filters. The best way to find out what you need is to measure your current filter or filter slot.

Shipping Damage Policy:

All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition, however due to the nature of shipping, sometimes shipping damage occurs.

Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely.

Undeliverable / Refused / Returned to Sender:

Undeliverable or refused deliveries incur a fee which is billed to you, this fee is determined by the shipping company. Undeliverable or refused deliveries will not be refunded if the listing policy states “no returns.” You may not return a product by refusing delivery. If you provided an incorrect address, we can reship at your expense. If it is a shipping company error, they will correct their error at no charge.

Unauthorized Instructions to Shipper:

If you contact a carrier and instruct them to re-deliver on signature-required deliveries that were dropped off at an access point for you to pick up, or have a shipper pick up a prepaid return from your location, you will be billed for any carrier fees incurred. 

Incorrect Address:

If you provide an incorrect address you will be billed for any address correction fees that the shipping company charges.
