NOTE: PROBE ACCURACY - All ELECTRO-THERM Type J & K probes are manufactured with premium grade                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              (special) Thermocouple wire.  The tolerances are +/-1.1ºC, from 0ºC to 276ºC, and .4% above 276ºC.
