U. S. Encaustic Tile Co., Indianapolis, IN  1877-1937     Apples or possibly pears are very three dimensional on this old tile.  Nice leaf detailing and mix of glossy and matte green glaze.  Background has a textured pattern.    Considering the age, it is in good condition.   Has chips along the edges.  Signed.  Measures 6" x 6" x 1" at its thickest.
