Coastal Copper 450 is a high performance multi-season ablative paint with multi-season protection against hard and soft growth in moderate/heavy fouling conditions. Coastal Copper 450 protects against barnacles, algae and hydroids in salt and fresh water on boat bottoms only. Additionally, it will maintain anti-fouling properties for re-launch after extended haul out periods. Coastal Copper 450 has universal application over all types of properly prepared boat bottoms (except aluminum).  Coastal Copper 450 can be applied directly over any properly sanded hard or ablative bottom paint or epoxy primer. Its ablative co-polymer base renders a smooth finish with durability and abrasion resistance.
