This Horse & Rider First Aid Kit provides you with a good selection of basic medical gear for the treatment of minor injuries to horses and riders. This kit is small and light enough to carry with you when you're out hacking, so that you can deal with any little problems 'on the hoof.' Delivery Information

We dispatch orders within one working day of receiving them. Most items are sent by Royal Mail 48. Certain larger or more expensive orders may be sent by Royal Mail 24. Royal Mail provide us with delivery confirmation for all orders, and certain orders are sent with full tracking. Parcels that cannot be handled economically by Royal Mail (e.g. most orders weighing over 2kg or anything containing more than 2 aerosols) are usually sent by DPD Next Working Day. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Hull. If we anticipate any significant delay in dispatching your order we will always contact you.

You should receive most orders within 3 working days. If your order has not arrived within 5 working days, please contact us via the eBay messaging system.

Returns

Buy with confidence: we offer a 30-day, no hassle returns policy. If you've changed your mind, please just contact us via eBay to arrange to send the items back to us. Provided we receive the goods in an unused, as new condition we will make a full refund immediately upon receiving them.

In the unlikely event that the goods arrive damaged or defective or we have sent you the wrong goods, again just contact us and we will sort it out immediately.
