IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

1) SHIPPING COSTS and PACKAGING: 

While many sellers and companies offer "FREE SHIPPING" the reality is they build it into the price or order total. We do list some items that way but offer a discount if you buy more than just the one (as shipping is covered in that first item)

Fair shipping is what we all want as costs have gone up exponentially and we have absorbed much of that ourselves. Many of our new listings will include some shipping and with accurate weight and sizing in the parameters for a fair shipping price based on where it is going is best and most fair for everyone.

In order to pack things properly and protect them, adds costs above the "postage price."  Most orders also ship via a trackable shipping method; we do not ship a card in a letter envelope with a stamp where it might get damaged or easily lost. 

2) ITEM CONDITION and RETURNS: 

We clearly list the condition of all items and put up photos so you can see for yourself the actual item you are buying except when we are selling multiple copies that are in the same condition. We cannot guarantee "Mint" condition as we are not a grading service but will describe the item as best as we can in the listing. In most cases the images shown with the listing are of the actual item except when we are selling multiple copies in the same condition (we may use a stock photo at that time).

We only accept returns on a case-by-case basis (if something arrives damaged let us know so we can try to fix the situation by filing an insurance claim or sending you a replacement).

An "accidental order" or "bought by mistake" is understandable and we will accept the return as long as it is in the same condition we sent it to you.   However, we have expended time and money to fulfill your order that we do not get compensated for if you change your mind and want to return the product. If there is a problem with your order (such as missing an item or receiving an incorrect item) we will correct the issue promptly if you contact us. If your order is damaged, as stated above we can promptly ship you a replacement once we initiate the insurance claim process. If you decide you don't want the item after we've shipped it, a return may be authorized but the item must be returned in original condition, no shipping costs will be refunded, and we may withhold a percentage of the purchase price.

3) INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: 

About a third of our online business is from outside of the United States and we welcome orders from around the world! Buy with confidence that your order will be properly packed to prevent damage or loss during transit. 

Most orders are fully insured so in the rare event of damage or loss, we can quickly get a replacement out to you. We are not responsible for any import/customs fees or taxes you may incur in your country to receive your package but with all the new tax changes taking place in the EU and the UK we will do our best. In some cases, Ebay will charge and collect those taxes so you should not have to pay more when your items arrive. Knowing your true total costs upfront is important for a smooth transaction.

We use Ebay's International Global Shipping Program for most items and are not able to edit that once a sale is made. The good thing is that it protects both the buyer and seller.

We have been in the collectibles business selling toys, books, comics, trading cards, and much more for over forty years starting as a hobby and part time business in 1979. We have a brick and mortar store in Lombard, our own web sites, and sell here on Ebay as well. We are best known for Doctor Who and carry the largest selection outside the UK plus run the Chicago TARDIS Annual Convention.
