Brand new reproduction non vented gas cap for use UNDER a flip top assembly. 

Please note that this is meant for the filler necks using the 3/8" wide tang only. This is for 1970 Dodge Challengers with the original filler neck and also fits all of the reproduction Challenger filler necks both vented and non-vented.
