On Semi bipolar silicone NPN TO-92 transistors for sale, manufactured end of 2021. 10pcs per lot. Great for audio applications, such as differentials, pre-amps, phono section in audio circuits. Complimentary transistor (PNP) is the KSA992F which we also have listed for sale. Often better than the original you are replacing because of better manufacturing processes.

The "TA" in the model number refers to originating from a tape reel. "F" is the production batch. The hfe (gain) is between 480-500.  These have a "JC" production code marking stamped on them and is the manufacture plant prefix.  JCC1845 = JC + C1845
