MSW0918-M-12S-C: A single 9 inch diameter by 18 inch, or 10" diameter by 17" depending on vendor availability, conditioner with garden hose in – out connections. The tank will be loaded with 0.5 cubic foot of highly charged high capacity water softening resin. This unit is capable of treating up to 5 gallons per minute of supply water with a 10 grain Total Hardness load to 0 soft conditions on a continuous base up to 1280 gallons of conditioned water.

 

We are supplying all new equipment and components with a one year limited warranty on materials. The system is complete. Equipment description and related shipping information is as follows:

 

A.      The softener vessel is an 10 inch diameter fiberglass (9" , but with the allowed volume of resin) reinforced plastic pressure vessels designed for 150 psig operating pressure. Tank color can be Blue, Black or Straw depending on availability at the tank manufacturer; if you have a preference, please contact HydroTec09 before purchasing to verify stock.

B.      The inlet connection is a Nylon (lead free, NSF 61 Rated) female hose connection,

C.      The outlet is a Nylon (lead free, NSF 61 Rated) male hose connection,

D.       Each male hose connection will be capped for mobility

E.       0.5 cubic feet of Softener Ready cation resin high cross-linked styrene softening resin is loaded into the tank, and,

F.        The conditioner is placed into a shipping carton.

G.   Installation, regeneration, storage and media replacement guidelines and instructions are included.


Please note as of January 2014 the USEPA (Section 1417 (a)(1) of the SDWA) has mandated that all connections that have a possibility of being used in a drinking water application where humans could drink the water must be lead free.

To that end we have replaced our brass fittings with robust nylon fittings.
