Hanging instructions:

1) activate paste by loosely submerging strip in water

2) Remove slowly, while folding paste to paste accordion style. allow paper to relax several minutes.

3) Position border strip on wall. Smooth with brush and remove excess paste with clean sponge. If applying over wallcoverings, do not wet; use vinyl-to vinyl adhersive.
