It is common for the factory floats to have imperfections such as small dents, stains, heat marks and solder smear none of which effect use as new equipment

The Zenith 14996 is a replacement carburetor for the John Deere factory fitted Marvel Schebler TSX series carburetor so you must make sure that your carburetor is a Zenith carburetor number 14996.
