These were purchased at an electronics supplier liquidation earlier this year, and they are brand new in the original factory bags.  We were unable to locate an exact datasheet for this part number.  They will operate on 120V AC (house) current, but we did not have any other voltages with which to test them. The internal LED is orangish yellow when lit.  They are fairly bright, with a wide viewing angle.
