It contains a specialized piece of software that will resolve most problems with the

Stylus Photo R1800 & Stylus Photo R2400

If your R1800 or R2400 has unexpectedly stopped working, display lights are flashing etc. then you most likely have a software reset issue.

The R1800 & R2400 are programmed to stop working after a predefined number of prints or cartridge changes, entailing a trip to your local Epson Service Centre. Expensive and time consuming.

This is a professional, yet easy to use engineer's program that will resolve software problems with the R1800/R2400. It is compatible with all Windows Operating Systems and it is multi use, so you will be able to use it again should you have the problem in the future.
