The Asleep on Cheese mouse depicts a small church mouse who has discovered an ample piece of cheese and, having eaten his fill, has curled up and fallen fast asleep. The original mouse was hand carved exclusively for Oakapple Designs by a master carver. From this original carving, a mould was taken, allowing each reproduction to retain the depth, texture, and character of the hand-carved original.
