These were purchased at an industrial liquidation earlier this year, and they were brand new in the supplier boxes.  We packaged them in heavy Ziplok bags for resale.   The part number didn't Google anything, so we don't know exactly what the specs are.  They are stainless, however, they do have a slight attraction to a strong magnet -- not nearly as much as Type 410SS but a little more than 18-8SS.  They also seem to be a bit harder than your average 18-8 but not as hard as 410.

According to the calipers:
