This reuseable balloon holder will save you money and hassles  by eliminating the use of helium. 

This plastic & flexible fiberglass invention allows balloons filled with only air to fly at the same height of 36 1/2". 

For use with our 17 inch latex balloons  

Pole & balloon cup are 36 1/2" tall.

The Balloon Holder attaches to a vehicle's window via a window clip. Simply roll down the window, slide the balloon holder over the top of the glass, then roll up the window.

One piece design.
