This is a ticket stub (see picture) from the football game between RICE and SOUTHERN METHODIST, played on October 20, 1951 at the Cotton Bowl.  Rice beat SMU by a score of 28-7.  Football Hall of Fame wide receiver RAYMOND BERRY was a member of the 1951 SMU team.  This stub is clean and intact, exhibiting light wear and creasing from handling and storage over the past 62 years.  There is a significant vertical crease through the center of the stub.  The back of the stub contains a diagram of the Cotton Bowl.  It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Rice or SMU football fan or vintage ticket stub collector in your life!  Postage is $3.00.  And, of course I'll combine postage on multiple purchases.  Be sure to check the other items in my eBay store, too!
