Press Features:

INDEPENDENT ROTATING 2 STATION BASE - BEWARE OF OTHER TWO STATION PRESSES ON THE MARKET THAT DO NOT ROTATE! Double your printing speed, double your production and profitability! With 2 stations that rotate independently of the print heads, you will now have the capability of printing at one station, while the other station is flash drying, or load/unload at one station, while printing at the other. No more waiting for flashing, before you can continue printing. For optimal production speed, this 2 station press base is also upgradeable to 4 stations! Now you can have a dedicated garment load / unload station, print station, flash/cure station, cool down station!!

MOUNTING - Short, stubby, sturdy legs keep the press secure while mounted, and keep your workspace clear from big bulky legs that come on most presses.

REGISTRATION – Adjustable dual ball bearing registration system makes for consistent, solid and smooth print arm registration.

SWIVEL CENTER BEARING– Keeps your print arm swivel secure and spinning freely.

PRINT ARM MOUNTS – Rock solid print arm mounts that you can count on for rock solid registration!

OFF CONTACT - Multiple points of off contact adjustment, so you can really dial in any printing circumstance.

SCREEN CLAMP – Swivel screen clamp nuts, keeps your screen from moving while locking it in the screen clamp.

PLATEN / PALLET – 16X16” Double sided laminate interchangeable white platen.

PLATEN BRACKET – All of our platen brackets are “50 TON PRESS STAMPED” to insure a tight fit, that holds your platen exactly where you want it.

PRINT ARM LIFTS – This press uses springs with turnbuckle adjustments to hold your print arm in the “raised” position, while not printing. The turnbuckle adjustments allow you to adjust the tension of the spring, to accommodate larger screens, smaller screens, if you have micros installed, etc.

ELECTRO POWDER COAT FINISH – Durable, chemical resilient, heavy duty, baked on powder coat finish, for years of protection.

SCREEN CAPACITY – Accepts 23”x31” screens, with no upgrades required.

Shipping:  The Springer© screen printing press ships for FREE in the Contiguous USA. FREE SHIPPING offer applies to FedEx Ground. Your item will ship from us within 1-3 business days, then please allow 1-5 business days transit time. If you need your press sooner, expedited shipping rates are available.  This press ships in 2 separate boxes, which may arrive at different times. Do not be alarmed if you get one box and something is missing, it's in the second box.

Returns:  The Springer© screen printing press carries a limited 30 day return policy. The 30 day policy starts on the date payment is received.  A  5-20% restocking fee applies to ALL returns, unless the item you received had a manufacture defect. If the item is not defective, the buyer will be responsible for original and return shipping and handling charges.  PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS.
