This is an antique 14K (tested) diamond ring.  It has a 7-point high-quality diamond in the center in an illusion setting, which means it is set in a raised white gold platform that makes the diamond appear a bit larger than it really is.  On each side are three tiny accent diamonds, also set in white gold in an Art Deco design.  Note how the ring is raised in the center, allowing light to get to the diamonds (third photo).  It is size 6 1/2 and weighs 1.9 grams.  This charming ring is in excellent condition.
