Allow a minimum of 1-1.5mm clearance on crimps, knots or strand material, (thread, wire, etc.) depending on it's girth. EXAMPLE: 4mm crimp cover can go over up to a 2.5 crimp bead, knot or strand material. 3mm covers, up to a 2mm crimp, knot or strand material.
