17TH 18TH Century Baroque Hollow Silver Corpus of Jesus Christ! Hollow cast silver corpus of Jesus Christ. The low price reflects the fact that it is damaged. The hallow that once sat on his head has been broken off, and his right hand has been broken off and re-welded on, and his left hand has signs of being torn off a cross. Most crosses were torn off and damaged during the Catholic Protestant wars where Protestants tore off and destroy all religious figures in the churches. The corpus is approximately 17 cm (6  6/8 inches) from head to toes, and approximately 16 cm (6  5/16 inches) distance from one hand to the other.
