Item Description:

Up for sale is a 1652-67 P Bolivia 8 Reales Cob coin from Philip IV, which was sea salvaged and has lots of history behind it.

Condition and Visual Details:

This coin exhibits heavy environmental damage and sea-salvaged characteristics. Despite the corrosion, the core elements remain clearly visible. It has an incredible authentic "sunken treasure" aesthetic.

NGC Submission Slip Included:
This listing includes the original paper submission ticket from NGC. (Submission # 2945671-011)

The submission slip states "Not Encapsulated / Not suitable for Certification."  It was sent back raw because the heavy damage from sea salvaged mask the design, hence NGC refuses to take a definite stance or seal it inside their holder.  However, this official paperwork serves as an excellent documentation that the coin was reviewed firsthand by NGC's authentication team and returned as a 16th century silver artifact.  Get this piece of history today!
