Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives. Freight damage must be reported to us within 12 hours of delivery — after that, the carrier will not accept a claim.
1. Inspect right away. The driver may leave the package without calling, knocking, or seeing you in person. Please check the item immediately when it arrives.
2. Inspect before you sign. If the driver is present, look the shipment over before accepting it. A package accepted without inspection is treated as delivered in good condition, and freight insurance coverage no longer applies.
3. Note any damage and refuse the shipment. If the item or its packaging is damaged, write the word DAMAGE on the delivery paperwork, refuse the shipment, and contact us right away.
4. Report within 12 hours. Contact us with a description of the damage and photos. Claims reported after 12 hours, or not noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery, will be declined by the carrier.
