This socket is a customer return, i have tested this socket and it connects and functions as intended (as can be seen in the images with the solid blue rings). I suspect the previous owners were not able to successfully connect, I have Talktalk broadband at home and this has connected successfully.
This needs to be connect to the 2.4ghz Wi-Fi band as it has a longer range with better wall penetration. Generally home Wi-Fi is 5ghz, i did not need to change any router settings to get this to work.
*No red numbers are visible on the socket.
I do not accept returns as this has been tested and confirmed to be working as intended, have since been disconnected/removed from my BG app.
