Photocards, postcards and posters are random — that is how the label packs them, so we cannot pick a member for you unless the option title says we can. Posters ship folded unless the listing says otherwise.

馃攳 ABOUT SMALL FACTORY MARKS

K-pop albums are compressed and sealed by machine at the factory, so a brand-new copy can still arrive with a light pressure mark, a tiny surface scratch, a printing dot, or a small dent on the outer box. This is normal and it happens to every seller — please be assured it does not mean the album is not genuine. Photocards can also show fine hairline scratches from the coating; that is the material, not damage.

So that we are fair to everyone, here is the line we use: we treat a flaw as a real defect when it is clearly visible in a flat photo without magnification, or you can feel it — a deep scratch, a dent, a crease, a tear. If that is what you received, it is on us and we will make it right.

馃殮 FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipping is free, to every country. Nothing is added at checkout, wherever you are.

  • This one is a pre-order — it ships once the album is officially released and reaches our warehouse. If the distributor moves that date, we will let you know.
  • We send it out from Korea within 40 business days of your payment clearing — weekends and Korean holidays not counted.
  • After that, most parcels take: US, Canada, Asia, Australia 5–20 business days · UK and Europe 10–30 · Brazil, South America, Africa and remote areas 20–50. Customs queues can add to that, and we cannot speed those up.
  • We upload a tracking number once the carrier gives us one. The first scan sometimes takes a day or two to appear — that is normal, it is not lost.
  • We can only ship to the address on your eBay order, so please double-check the name, address and phone before you pay. Buyers in Brazil, we need your CPF.

Duties and import taxes are already handled through our logistics partner, so the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay. The courier should not ask you for anything on arrival. 		馃寪 Everywhere else
Import duty, VAT, GST and handling fees are set by your own government, not by us, and they are not part of the shipping price. Your carrier may ask for them before delivery unless eBay already collected them at checkout.

One thing to know: if a parcel is discarded or sent back because customs charges were left unpaid, we cannot ship it again, and the return cost may come out of the refund. Please keep an eye out for a customs message.

We cover it completely if we sent the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged or with a component missing — exchange or full refund, and you pay nothing. Message us through eBay as soon as you can — a photo or two (and a video, if you have one) helps us fix it fastest.
